South New Brighton
We found a spot to stay in South New Brighton. It was surrounded by a large green manicured shrub.
It nestled us in keeping the wind quiet and the sun mildly warm in the late afternoons.
Tucked out and away from downtown Christchurch we found solitude in the township of New Brighton.
At dusk before it became too dark to see we would stroll down a gentle path leading around an through the woods behind our camp.
Our trip was coming to an end in New Zealand and as we prepared ourselves for the next journey we couldn’t have foreseen what was about to take place.
